No 🙁, unfortunately, the Shell virtual As-built cannot be downloaded. But it can be shared externally using the share button in the top-right corner of the As-built.
Once selected, enter the email addresses of the people you wish to share the as-built with. They will be able to view the As-built without a Siteaware account.
