The core virtual as-built allows your team to monitor the progress of construction directly from the platform at any point during the construction process. From the comfort of your office, you can check in on your building to identify delays, safety issues or reference a previous condition if required for investigation or coring.
When are the As-Builts Captured?
Siteaware will generate a virtual as-built following the last scan for each pour to document the latest installed condition before the deck is covered in concrete.
Can I Download the As-Built?
The core virtual as-built can be downloaded as a scaleable PDF by clicking the Download button.
It can also be downloaded from the Action Menu which can be found on any Core Verification Data page.
This PDF can be used to overlay against the plans as a reference tool for future tenant improvements or if coring is needed to ensure that no rebar or PT tendons are disturbed during the renovation.
Tip: The As-built PDF contains overlays of the Architectural and Structural Floor plans. These can be toggled on and off by using the Layers functionality in your PDF reader.
How are the As-builts sorted?
The As-builts are sorted by Scan Date and are grouped by level making it easy to find the pour you are looking for.
