Is there an Android and iOS app?
The CaptureApp is available for iOS devices. An Android version will be released shortly
Can I capture using my mobile device?
In a coming release, Siteaware will add the ability to capture 2D documentation photos with your mobile phone.
How long can a walkthrough capture be?
Please keep walks to 15-20 minutes or less.
Why are my 360 Documentations uploading slowly?
Many factors can affect the upload speed (such as internet speed), but the most common is uploading via mobile data instead of Wi-Fi. Make sure to disconnect the camera from the device by turning it off before trying to upload to ensure you have a Wi-Fi connection.
