There are 2 ways to log in to Siteaware if you don't remember your password.
1. You can click on the "Forgot Password" link on the "Enter Password" screen. 
this will prompt you to enter your email to receive a reset link.
2. You can request a login link.
Clicking this button will send a link to your email that will allow you to sign in to Siteaware.
If none of the above methods are working, make sure you're connected to the internet :)
