The SA score is currently only available for our Core product
The Siteaware score (SA score) measures your quality assurance. Achieving a score of 100% means that no elements are missing and that all deviations from the plan were addressed and documented on time. This allows general contractors to proceed to the next phase of their project with the confidence that there are no open issues that will pop up later and result in rework and the inevitable delays that go along with it.
How is the SA score calculated?
The score is defined as:
(Elements verified to be installed correctly + open observations that were closed)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
All elements in the design documentation
What is the deadline for closing out elements?
For the Core SA score, only elements closed up to 24 hours after the pour are counted towards the score. This deadline is intended to encourage teams to resolve open issues while they are still fresh in their minds to ensure the documentation of the resolution is accurate.
How should I use the score?
Every Pour
A score is given to every trade on every pour. When a trade achieves a 100% score it means they have documented all of their scope of work and are ready to progress with the next pour/board-up.
Every Project
This score is then aggregated over the lifetime of the project allowing decision makers in the field to quickly see which trades are performing well and taking ownership of their work and which trades may require additional focus to ensure the delivery of a high-quality project.
Every Company
Companies with multiple Siteaware projects will receive a dashboard highlighting the overall score of their active projects verifying for executives that their projects are utilizing the Siteaware platform to ensure that they are delivering a high quality structure.
